Jason Ascher – Entrepreneur, Innovator, and Visionary
With a career spanning over two decades in diverse sectors, I am Jason Ascher, a seasoned professional experienced in Advertising, Finance, Affiliate Marketing, Business, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Operations, Product Development, Sales Management, and Social Media.
My entrepreneurial journey began with Mango Graphic Communications, a design and web development company I founded and grew into a million-dollar business over 15 years. In 2005, I transitioned from Mango, selling my shares to my partners, to concentrate fully on TrafficGoldmine, an affiliate marketing venture I had initiated earlier. TrafficGoldmine flourished under my leadership, generating an annual revenue of $8.5M in 2017 and serving thousands of affiliates across 88 countries.
Driven by a desire for new challenges and growth, I strategically delegated TrafficGoldmine’s day-to-day operations to a capable team. This strategic move allowed me to channel my expertise and resources into RovR Products. Joining RovR in 2017 marked a significant turn in my career, as I played a pivotal role in transforming the company from its nascent stage into a flourishing business. At RovR, we launched a range of innovative coolers and camping products, including models designed for bike towing. Our efforts culminated in a $200K Kickstarter campaign for our second model. This success paved the way for our products to be featured in major retailers such as REI, Cabella’s, and Sportsman’s Warehouse. In 2023, RovR reached a new milestone, and was bought by Kokopelli, further testament to the brand’s growth and success.
In my latest venture, I am the driving force behind HookUP.com, a cutting-edge dating app. This project, self-funded and developed over the past two and a half years with international teams, represents my continued commitment to innovative solutions in the digital space. We are currently live on the app stores and raising money to propel this company’s marketing plan.
Outside of my professional pursuits, I own and manage a 6-bedroom property in Boulder, operating as a successful full-time Airbnb, which gained recognition on the travel show “StayCation.”
My journey reflects a blend of strategic foresight, adaptability, and a passion for leading ventures from conception to market success. I am always on the lookout for the next challenge and opportunity to make a significant impact.
